The company has a large number of employees working at different levels and across multiple regions and countries. They needed a shared space for knowledge exchange, experience sharing, visibility of achievements, and fast structured communication.
Leaders play a special role in this environment. They are not only managers, but also carriers of values, lifestyle, and personal example for both clients and colleagues. It was important to design a product that supports this model and strengthens a sense of community.
Pulse was created as a response to these needs. It is a closed platform designed exclusively for internal use. The product was conceived as a secure and familiar digital environment with a social network like interaction model, accessible to users with different levels of digital experience.
The platform allows employees to create posts, follow leaders and colleagues, receive company news, and store important materials, diagrams, and documents. The post creation flow is structured as a clear multi step process. Users add media content, select recipients by level, region, and other criteria, apply saved filters, and preview the message before publishing.
