Multi-Network Fueling App (White-Label Solution)

Context
A B2B product for small businesses (gas stations). Instead of building their own app, station owners purchase a ready-made solution with loyalty programs, payments, and branding. Two types of clients: those operating under their own brand, and those who bought the full package (equipment + branding) and operate under the Plexpoint brand.

Problem
To users, Plexpoint looks like a single network. But legally, each location is a separate business entity. Drivers can't be forced to register with every individual owner, but their finances (promotions, bonuses) can't be mixed either.

Plus, the typical user is a 45–60 year old male driver. He uses the app under poor conditions: in the car (vibration, one hand), at the station (cold, gloves, hurry, screen glare). He shouldn't have to read or search for anything.

Solution

  1. Single profile. One-time registration across the entire app. When entering any network, data is simply confirmed — no repeated forms.

  2. Two network types in architecture. Regular networks are independent with their own rules. Plexpoint is a cluster. Drivers join once and get access to all stations under this brand, regardless of the owner.

  1. Two-level loyalty. Global promotions work at all Plexpoint stations. Local promotions are tied to specific legal entities and only appear in that station's card.

  2. Context adaptation. Large touch targets (for gloves), high-contrast colors (for sunlight), key buttons in the bottom third (for one-hand use), geo-trigger (for hurry).

Result
Users don't notice the legal complexity — to them, Plexpoint is simply a convenient network that grows on its own. Station owners get a ready-made base of loyal drivers and the ability to run both global and local promotions.
